At Capital Foam Industries LLC, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process for all our customers. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding order processing, shipping, and delivery.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation of payment/order.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • A confirmation email with order details and an estimated delivery timeline will be sent upon successful order processing.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days across the UAE.
  • Express Delivery: Available for select locations, with delivery within 1-2 business days (additional charges apply).
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Note: Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical delays.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery is available for orders above a specified amount (subject to ongoing promotions).
  • Orders below the free shipping threshold will be subject to a standard delivery charge based on location and item size.
  • Additional charges apply for deliveries to remote areas or Western Region areas (e.g., Ruwais, Mirfa, Liwa, Al Ain, Al Qua).

4. Delivery Process

  1. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) to monitor your shipment.
  2. Our delivery team will contact you in advance to confirm the delivery time and location.
  3. If no one is available at the provided address during the first attempt, one free reattempt will be scheduled. Further attempts will incur additional delivery charges.

5. Receiving & Inspection of Goods

  • Upon delivery, customers are required to inspect the product for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.
  • If there are any concerns about the condition of the product, please report them immediately to our customer service team.

6. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the order may be rescheduled for another attempt.
  • Orders that remain undelivered after multiple attempts may be returned to the warehouse, and additional charges may apply for redelivery.
